Grout

AMPRIME EP-2000 is solvent free 3 component epoxy grout that delivers high abrasion resistance, chemical and stain resistance. Its best feature is that it has high water impermeability. Made with best components EP2000 can be used as grout as well as adhesive for ceramic and others tiles

Applications:

Majority suggested at the place with high moisture water flow applied majorly at place submerged with water, Swimming pools, bathrooms, kitchens, hospital and certain buildings are Places where EP2000 is Best Suitable

Direction of use:

Step 1: Take a suitable vessel and mix compound A and compound B for at least 3 minutes

Step 2: Add Compound C and mix well until its forms a uniform and homogenous solution. For large quantity mixing with small mixers is advisable.

Step 3: Use Trowel, small viper, Notched trowel to apply the solution.

Make sure the surface to be filled, must be dust and dirt free. It should be completely dry and oil or moisture free.
Steel surface must also be dust free, Dry and rust free.
While using as adhesive make sure the surface is to cleaned dirt free and doesn’t contains and type of liquid or moisture.
Not to be applied where surface temperature is less than 5 degree Celsius

Storage:

1. Store in Cold, Dry Place and avoid direct sun light
2. Best before 12 month from DOM. If kept sealed
